Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, mechanical, or environmental engineering (or related field).
• LEED AP (Building Design + Construction) certification with 3+ years of experience in sustainable design and certification processes.
• Proven experience with Mostadam certification and other sustainability rating systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in sustainability tools such as energy modeling software, life cycle assessment, and daylighting simulation.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in WELL Building Standard and knowledge of health and wellness design integration.

• Perform energy simulations to evaluate design options and optimize energy performance for buildings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to integrate energy-efficient strategies into design and construction.
• Analyze energy consumption data and propose strategies for energy conservation.
• Prepare energy modeling reports for certification submissions and client presentations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in energy efficiency, renewable energy systems, and green building technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in energy modeling for sustainable building projects.
• Proficiency in energy modeling software (e.g., DesignBuilder, IES-VE, eQuest).
• Familiarity with LEED, WELL, and Mostadam energy prerequisites and credits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations.

• Analyze material choices, embodied carbon, and environmental impacts to optimize project sustainability.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and material suppliers to recommend low-carbon materials and strategies.
• Develop and present LCA reports to clients and certification bodies (e.g., LEED, Envision).
• Stay informed about industry trends and tools related to LCA and carbon reduction strategies.
• Support sustainability certification processes by contributing to LCA-related credits and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, sustainability, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience conducting LCAs for buildings or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in LCA tools such as One Click LCA, SimaPro, or GaBi.
• Familiarity with LEED, Envision, and Mostadam LCA-related requirements.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
