Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage LEED certification processes for new and existing projects.
- Conduct sustainability assessments and develop strategies to achieve certifications, including LEED, WELL, and Mostadam.
- Oversee the preparation, submission, and management of certification documentation.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in sustainability tools such as energy modeling software, life cycle assessment, and daylighting simulation.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in WELL Building Standard and knowledge of health and wellness design integration.
