Oxagon City – Zone F

The mid-rise, medium-density residential zone spans over 160 hectares, with a 100m wide coastal buffer to protect marine ecology and address rising sea levels. The area includes residential apartments, commercial and hospitality spaces like hotels, public open spaces and recreational areas, as well as community facilities such as mosques, clinics, schools, and community centers. Additional infrastructure includes a ferry terminal, security station, and district cooling with seawater input/discharge systems.
